ADi Group is looking to add a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to our team! The right individual for this position will have a strong drive to succeed, teamwork mentality, and a positive attitude. Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills are required for this role. Our internal Marketing Team will provide you with support, tools, and resources to help you be successful!

Essential Duties:

The following should not be interpreted as an all encompassing list of duties.

• Identifies and secures new business opportunities by initiating contact with prospects. This includes, but is not limited to cold-calling, networking events, social media, and in person visits.
• Generates leads and establishes strong connections with prospects.
• Sets appointments with prospective clients and closes the deal.
• Manages the sales cycle including timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Tracks and documents the sales process in our systems.

Compensation:

Base Salary of $45,000 + Commission Program
